Bob worked at our local port for 20 years, but now he has joined our team full-time. We are super excited about his decision to become one of our pool technicians during the week. Saturday and Sunday he will continue to serve as our salesperson, gardener, builder, and delivery person extraordinaire.

We are excited to announce that after 20 impressive years at our local port, Bob has made the fantastic decision to join our team full-time as a pool technician and work shop maintenance and repairs during the week. His wealth of experience and commitment to excellence will undoubtedly enhance our services. Saturdays he will continue to shine in his roles as our outstanding salesperson, gardener, builder, and delivery person. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have such a versatile and skilled individual on our team!

Shane has been an invaluable member of our team since 2011, bringing a wealth of expertise in servicing, maintaining, and refurbishing pools and spa equipment. His dedication to quality and customer satisfaction has earned him a loyal and extensive client base, making him a trusted professional in the industry.

Ruby plays a vital role in optimizing the daily operations of our pool technicians by effectively managing their schedules. Additionally, she forges strong partnerships with local real estate and settlement agencies, ensuring seamless organization of pool and spa inspection reports. Her efforts not only streamline our services but also enhance the overall client experience.

Jeaselle became a valuable member of the Splash Pool Technician team in May 2024. With a passion for exceptional customer service, Jeaselle ensures that every client is well taken care of. Outside of work, she embraces the great outdoors, relishing activities like camping, swimming, snorkeling, and exploring the beauty of the ocean. Jeaselle’s adventurous spirit and love for nature greatly enrich their commitment to providing top-notch service at Splash. Jeaselle joined the Splash Pool Technician team in May 2024. Jeaselle when not looking after Splash's customers, enjoys camping, any outdoor adventures, swimming , snorkling and anything to do with the ocean.

We are thrilled to welcome Ash to our team, who joined us in October 2024. With her passion for go-karting and Taekwondo, Ash brings a dynamic energy to our workplace. She excels in her diverse roles, which encompass shop operations, phone support, and managing all warranty jobs. We’re excited to have her on board, as her skills and enthusiasm are sure to make a positive impact on our team!

With more than a decade of management experience under her belt, she enriches our team with her extensive knowledge and creative flair. Vicki's unique blend of expertise ensures that every project she touches transforms into something extraordinary.

Hannah has recently taken on the position as our Bookkeeping Manager. Hannah loves everything about numbers!!

Managing payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable and so much more. Outside of work Hannah loves enjoying time with her son .

Amy dedicates a few hours each week to ensuring our pool toys are in top shape. With her contagious smile and cheerful demeanor, she goes above and beyond to help you find the ideal pool floaty. When you’re looking for the perfect addition to your day by the pool, Amy is always ready to assist!
